Amelia's Tuna Macaroni Salad

This was very close to the recipe I remember as a kid. I don't know what else my mother put into the salad, but this had all the right basics. My family ate it up and smiled. Thanks!

Cucumber-Avocado Salad Dressing

I thought this dressing was pretty good. I didn't think it was too thick but it did need something. I might put in more garlic next time. The cucumber taste was great and the cilantro really complimented it.

Crab Cakes III

I didn't rate this high because I didnt think it was great. It was good but I had to adjust the sauce, it was too oily and so I added more lime and cilantro. It could be because I had changed the recipe to yield 5 servings and some recipes don't adjust well. I would be interested in if any one else had the same result.
