Spinach Enchiladas

Wonderful!! My husband really loved them! Like others, I used flour tortillas, and added cumin,garlic powder,chili powder,and onion powder to the spinach. I didn't have ricotta cheese so I used some shredded cheddar cheese and it was great!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
