About me:
Started cooking at the age of 17. I had a love of chinese food from an early age and found that it was cheaper and more enjoyable to learn how to cook Chinese than to just order take out all the time. (God bless Ken Hom!) By the age of 23 I had progressed onto almost all Asian foods and was cooking Asian banquets for people in their homes and at a local Hotel. In my 30's I spent a year in Goa where I was helping to cook food in a friends Restuarant/Bar. Now in my late 30's I like to cook Italian and French based food. (Funny how your tastes changes through life!)

Cashew Chicken with Water Chestnuts

A very good recipe. Feel free to add or subtract ingredients depending on your taste. I served this on top of thin Japanese egg noodles and it was a hit!
